You can then freshen up and relish your hotel for some brief time before commencing your awaited tour of the royal Jaipur city.
One of the main attractions of the Same Day Jaipur Tour is the Amber Fort which is known most for its ravishing Sheesh Mahal. This grand fortress is almost 11 km away from Jaipur city but is definitely not worth a miss. It is built atop a hill and gives a delightful view of the enchanting Pink City. It is a UNESCO world heritage site that will give you a commendable insight into the beautiful combination of Rajput and Mughal architecture. Another boon that you incur in visiting this hilltop fort is that you can go there in a truly kingly manner, riding a beautifully ornamented elephant! What else to expect in the land of the Maharajas!
After pleasing your eyes by this architectural marvel, we know you would be famished. So, we would take you to an impressive hotel for you to devour a fulfilling lunch in a buffet. If you wish to go to a pre-decided place you had planned to eat at, we will gladly take you there instead.
We will then be visiting the other monuments Jaipur is known for. We would start with the City Palace complex which is popular for housing other famous structures like Mubarak Mahal, Chandra Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Aam, Maharani's palace and even the City Palace Museum where you can shop for some interesting souvenirs to take back home. This impressive palace used to once be the seat of Jaipur's Maharaja. ,br> Moving forward, we would be visiting Jantar Mantar where you can dive into the world of astrology with the help of the instruments this monument houses. Don't worry! Even if you have no prior knowledge on this subject, you will easily be assisted by our guides.
We would then witness the grand HawaMahal which used to be the fortress from where the women in olden times used to sit and see city processions when they were not physically allowed to be part of them. And last but not the least we would take you to the eye candy that is the JalMahal. Standing tall in the middle of the calm Man Sagar Lake, this palace is a true beauty in every sense of the word. It is a grand projection of Rajput architecture that is a must watch.
After filling your heart up with such regal delights, we would drop you to the Jaipur railway station for you to continue your journey forward to Delhi. Before doing that, you may even shop a little if there is extra time. Jaipur is most known for its traditional mojris, bandhini material for clothes and even a lot of handmade paper for all the stationery lovers!
